By Referral Public Seminars Launched!

Referrals have always been the main driver of new customers for small businesses, a fact only exacerbated by the Global Financial Crisis as customers seek reputable services. Yet few businesses have any strategy to obtain or even handle customer referrals. Leading Trainer David King of Vue Consulting, an established expert in Referrals, will workshop the process of generating customer referrals in Brisbane in late 2009.

Former Investment and Private Banking Executive David King, known as The Referral Guru among his clients, will hold a number of public seminars in Brisbane to help small businesses, franchisors and partnerships in professional services industries conquer their fear and apprehension of customer referrals.

David is a dynamic speaker and passionate trainer with a focus on practical, hands-on training that encourages actual implementation of new skills and processes in his client’s businesses. David brings his own real-world experience with referrals into the room and walks-the-walk of a top referral expert.

These public seminars offer Vue Consulting’s By Referral training experience to the general public for the first time. Previously only available to large businesses and partnerships, By Referral helps business owners, advisers and managers create a comfortable, ethical and effective referral process for their business. Avoiding the forceful methods of many American training courses, By Referral was developed here in Australia for Australian businesses and Australian customers.

“For three years, I have helped large Australian banks, finance companies, recruiters, real estate, mortgage broking, accounting and legal firms train their advisers to professionally generate more customer referrals”, said David. “In response to many requests from small businesses, I am now able to offer By Referral in a public forum while still retaining all the personal follow-up and assistance in implementing the training ideas at participant’s businesses. For these few Seminars I can get in the trenches with small businesses”.

By Referral Seminars allow participants to understand how referrals occur, create a tangible and “easy to use” process in their business, refine their customer experience and boost their referral marketing capacities. By Referral shuns any hard-sell, pushy or pyramid referral systems. “Once you really understand how your customers think about referrals, it forever changes your perception. You start to work with the way referrals naturally occur, rather than force clients into some sort of uncomfortable ambush”, David explained.

By Referral Seminars are running for a limited time in Brisbane during October and November 2009. Tickets are $687 (early bird and group discounts available). Bookings are essential with limited seats in each Seminar. To reserve your seats, call Vue Consulting on 1300 176 711 or go to www.vueconsulting.com.au.
