Vue Consulting announced that it is expanding its use of surveys in the Analyse phase of its training experiences. Vue Consulting’s Managing Director, David King, announced that “In addition to expanded participant surveys, our training experiences now include surveys that the participants can use with their own clients or strategic partners. These surveys are now included within the investment for any training experience and allow participants to bring data from their own businesses directly into the training experience”.
Vue Consulting utilises several types of surveys to provide participants with real world or benchmark data. These surveys help tailor individual training experiences or demonstrate key points in the training process.
Participant surveys. All training experiences include participants surveys, one month before and three months after the training experience. These standardised surveys help Vue Consulting’s facilitators to alter the focus of individual training experiences and to benchmark participants to their industry peers. Over 400 advisers and professionals have already been surveyed.
Client surveys. Many of Vue Consulting’s clients use the training experiences as a catalyst for client feedback. David King noted, “For example, before undertaking client relationship management training, it can be beneficial to conduct a client engagement survey to allow participants to see which part of the training experience directly applies to their own clients”. Vue Consulting provides a template survey and the IT for the client, who can alter questions, added their own logo and distribute to their own clients. “We are careful to allow our clients to run and manage the survey, so there is no mention of Vue Consulting nor any transfer of client lists”, David King commented. Vue Consulting found that many businesses have noted conducted any client surveys for many years and jump at the chance to conduct a proven survey at no cost.
Strategic Partner surveys. Vue Consulting also offers a jointly-branded survey for Strategic Partners. Designed for large businesses, franchises or dealer groups with many Strategic Partners (“Centres of Influence”), this survey helps participants understand what drives Strategic Partners and what can be done to boost alliances and referrals. Over 120 Strategic Partners have already been surveyed.
All of these surveys are free for use by Vue Consulting’s clients either with a training experience or used separately. If you are interested in seeing a demonstration of these surveys and understanding how you could tailor them for your business, please contact Vue Consulting on
