By Referral, our referral training experience, was the very first training experience we wrote back in 2007.  With over 750 advisers having completed the experience it has been a cornerstone of our growth as a business.  Over that time, we have refined certain topics and expanded others to the point where we had more than enough great content.  In fact, we have developed so much content that the time has come to split By Referral. In particular, our modules on Centres of Influence Referrals, will now be given their full due with a dedicated training experience.

We will now offer TWO referral experiences…

• The original By Referral will become an exclusive client referral experience focused on building an effective, repeatable referral process into your business.
• The new By Alliance will consolidate our entire Centre of Influence strategies into a single experience.  We cover how to find and prospect COIs, how to meet and get to know COIs, how to motivate referrals from your COIs, how to structure your COI pitch and how to manage COI relationships.
