Vue Consulting today launches is third training experience - On Target. On Target is designed to help individual advisers generate their own client growth and revenue growth plans...and then create individual business development strategies to achieve these goals. On Target's creation reflects the fact that many Professional Services businesses cannot rely on traditional advertising or branding to find new clients. Many businesses lack recognisable brands or find that prospects "buy" the "adviser" not the business. Many businesses also find that their advisers are great at servicing clients but are unable to generate many new clients for the business. On Target takes professional service advisers into the mis-understood area of business development - both the generation of realistic client growth plans AND the skills and strategies required to hit those targets.
