Online FAQs

What are my log on details?  I can't remember receiving them.

The online training components of our training experience involve a Self Enrolment process by participants.  When you start the online training, and click "Begin" to move past the opening screen, you will be asked to log in.  There is a button to create a "New User".  You can then create your own log in details.  We recommend using your email address and a password of your choosing.  It is up to you to establish these details.

I have forgotten my password.

Please just send us an email and we will forward your password to you.  Do not enrol as a different user as you will lose all your saved progress.

I can't see the videos.

Unfortunately, there is no single standard video format for the internet so from time to time there are incompatibilities with viewing the videos on the online training.  Here are some things to try.

  • Upgrade your internet browser to a more recent version.  This is particularly true of Internet Explorer, where you may need to be on at least Version 7 (or later).
  • Try a different internet browser - Firefox, Safari, Chrome or Internet Explorer.
  • Upgrade your version of Quicktime to version 7 or later.  Version 7 was released in 2005, so most computers should have this version.
  • If, after trying all of this (or if you are in a locked environment and cannot upgrade), don't panic.  The key points of each video are written under each video.  Review those points instead and you wont miss anything.

I am getting stuck on an activity - I just can't get it right!

This can be frustrating.  You need to correctly answer questions before you can continue.  If you are getting stuck, please email us with the issue and we will help you out.  Occasionally, you may have uncovered a bug in our software, which perhaps occurred as we updated something.  We do test everything before uploading, but this may occur.  Alternatively, you may just be missing something in your answer.  Please email us and, either way, we will help you out ASAP.

How do I email Vue Consulting?

Please just reply to one of the emails you have received from us during the course (we don't publish that email address publicly, so can't repeat it here).
