Australia’s leading referral training experience helps Professional Services advisers create a comfortable referral process.  Delivered via online training, Public Seminars or in-house Coaching or Workshops.

  • Analyse.  Surveys reveal that the overwhelming majority of prospective clients would prefer to meet their adviser by a referral than via any other means.  Referrals are cheap, quick and easy.  Yet most Professional Services firms will have a referral process that is limited to “Do you know anyone you could refer to me?”.

A simple and flexible time management experience that allows Professional Services advisers to better manage time.  Delivered via two Workshops plus online and email training over a four month period.

  • Analyse.  In Professional Services firms, profits come from effectively managing time.  However, many advisers spend too much time with email, chasing up tasks, worrying about what’s forgotten, and “fighting fires”.  Practical problems that require practical solutions which cannot be delivered in just a day of “canned”, public training.
  • Create.  We have developed the most realistic time management strategies and combined them with years of feedback from participants and working knowledge of Professional Services firms.  The end result is the most practical, long-lasting and proven time management training for Professional Services advisers, managers and business owners.
  • Motivate.  Participants receive a high-impact introduction to time management over a half-day Workshop and then have four weeks to “experiment” with this knowledge in their own working environment.  We regroup for a full-day Workshop which includes 1:1 coaching for every participant.  Three months of email coaching and online training follows.

On Target

A comprehensive Business Development training experience for Professional Services advisers delivered via two Workshops plus three assignments over a three month period.

  • Analyse.  Professional Services firms target client and revenue growth through both high-level marketing initiatives (seminars, advertising, branding) and the Business Development actions of individual advisers.
  • Create.  On Target is a three month learning experience for advisers that need to boost their own ability to generate new clients.  Participants develop strategies that work on a personal level to complement any firm-wide marketing initiatives.  Referral Marketing, Centres of Influence, Prospecting, Networking, Warm/Cold Calling and more.
  • Motivate.  Participants complete a preparation assignment before two full day Workshops are held over a month.  The spacing of these Workshops allows participants to test strategies and practice skills.  Time is allocated for 1:1 coaching sessions.  Participants leave with their own written Business Development plan which they present to management.
